Since 2013, Brandsbridge has delivered design-and-build projects for retail and commercial spaces across different markets.
In 2022, we formed a joint venture with Lum Chang Interior, a subsidiary of Lum Chang Holdings, to establish Lum Chang Brandsbridge Pte Ltd (LCBB). Today, we are part of the Lum Chang Creations Group, listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange.
Headquartered in Singapore with a strong presence in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia, our teams are supported by production workshops in Singapore. This allows us to manage regional projects with stronger consistency, quality control, and delivery discipline.

Victor brings over 20 years of experience in the design and construction of luxury brands, travel retail, F&B outlets, hospitality spaces, and public projects.
Under Victor’s leadership, Lum Chang Brandsbridge has grown into one of the more established corporate and commercial office interior design companies in KL, Malaysia and the wider Asian region. His practical approach to simplifying complex projects has helped the company scale across different markets while keeping reliability, quality, and client value at the centre of every build.
His experience continues to shape the company’s approach to interior design KL, retail environments, and commercial fit-out projects, where creative direction must be supported by clear execution.
Beyond business, Victor believes strongly in giving back to society. He is committed to nurturing the next generation of creative and technical professionals through training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure, encouraging them to excel in their respective fields.

With more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership and strategic management, Dimas plays a key role in driving the Company’s business transformation and client relationships.
A Certified Public Accountant by training, he combines strong commercial insight with a disciplined approach to governance, operations, and long-term growth.
Based in Singapore and travelling frequently to Jakarta, Dimas supports Lum Chang Brandsbridge’s regional expansion while helping reinforce its position as a trusted interior design and renovation company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and across Asia. His role supports the commercial structure behind regional projects, including office fit-outs, retail builds, office fit-outs, office interior design Malaysia, and renovation Kuala Lumpur projects.
